Who runs this website
This site is run by Pang Yi Kai, known to clients as Yi Kai, a registered real estate negotiator (REN 69436) with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd. I'm Head of Team at IQI and focus on new-launch residential projects in the Klang Valley, including Queenswoodz Bukit Jalil by EXSIM.
I am not the developer, and this is not EXSIM's official website. IQI Realty Sdn Bhd is appointed to assist in the sales and marketing of the project, and I'm your point of contact for it.
What I can help you with
- Send you the developer's latest price list, e-brochure and floor plans
- Check which units and layouts are still available
- Book your visit to the developer's sales gallery and walk you through the show units
- Explain the booking, loan application and Sale and Purchase Agreement steps
What I don't do
- I don't set prices, discounts or contract terms. Those come from the developer and are written into the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
- I don't give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. For those, please speak to a licensed professional.
