This policy explains how Pang Yi Kai (REN 69436), a registered real estate negotiator with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd ("I", "me"), handles personal data in connection with this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What I collect
This website has no sign-up or enquiry form. I only receive personal data that you choose to send me when you contact me by WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, phone number and the property details you ask about.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the project information you asked for
- To arrange sales gallery visits and, if you decide to buy, to process your booking
- To follow up about this or similar projects, unless you tell me to stop
Who I share it with
Only where needed for your enquiry or purchase: IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, the developer, and the developer's appointed lawyers and financiers. I do not sell your personal data.
